- Mendonoma Health Alliance (MHA): CLSD is working with two other northern California health care organizations, Redwood Coast Medical Services and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, to form a vertical healthcare network, the Mendonoma Health Alliance (MHA) to better serve a frontier area. This integrated network will establish an infrastructure to expand access, coordinate, and improve the quality of healthcare services.
- Community Fall Prevention Program: This program was collaboratively developed by board and community members of CLSD, Coastal Seniors, Redwood Coast Medical Services, Aging in Place Mendonoma, and the Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging. The goal is to promote safe and independent lifestyles for the senior population by reducing injuries from falls. The majority of CLSD ambulance calls are for falls and related injuries.
